Dear Steve,

I asked Roberto Lopez for your name so I could send along some of my observations about the purchase and the sale of our investment home in the city of Winnetka. I am not usually one to heap praise on someone's performance, but in this case I thought it was warranted

From the first day we started looking for a house, I relied heavily on Roberto's knowledge of the people and the neighborhoods where we wanted to buy, refurbish and sell quickly.

His suggestions on improving the property were welcomed and I considered his advice a bonus, well beyond what I expected. I always felt that he was on my team and I found his enthusiasm infectious.

I felt comfortable when he was speaking on my behalf. If I decide to do another project, I will ask Roberto to be my real estate representative.
